I started making Christmas cookies today. Snickerdoodles are the household favourite, so I went to the Wikibooks Cookbook to look for a basic recipe. Unfortunately there were 5, all jumbled up on the same page.
So, I broke up the article into five different pages, and picked the one that looked most likely to make a regular old snickerdoodle. The first time through the cookies got burnt, so I lowered the temperature and tried again. This worked.
I updated the article with the results of my kitchen test, added a photo, and now there’s a good snickerdoodle recipe for other holiday bakers.
